Halloween Work Out

Just before dinner I managed to get out to the SANCTUM for some squats.

Squats - 135lbs/6 reps, 135lbs/6 reps, 225lbs/6 reps, 315lbs/4 reps.

Put on Squat Suit (no knee wraps)

Squats - 405lbs/3 reps, 405lbs/3 reps, 405lbs
